There are dozens of Wifi networks accessible from my apartment so switching the 2.4ghz channel from 1/2, 5/6, 11/12 did little.

My best WIFI download on my ISPs router/modem was around 20 MBPs. I'd recommend anyone kind of new to this kind of stuff to do the same as the setup was incredibly easy. I asked for ISP about using a dual band router with their hardware before, so I knew the one or two steps I'd have to make before hand. I had no problems at all during set up - all went incredibly smoothly. I put my ISPs combo router/modem into bridge mode (DMZ I believe it was called) and connected the AC1200, getting ready to lose internet for a few days because I wouldn't have understood something right, etc. Internet Explorer 11+, Firefox 12.0+, Chrome 20.0+, Safari 4.0+, or other JavaScript-enabled browserCable or DSL Modem (if needed)Subscription with an internet service provider (for internet access)
